The new apartments approval process has proceeded through the City of Upland Planning Commission. The commission asked for a few minor changes to the color palette. There were also some minor concerns over parking. Even with the project exceeds the require city parking requirements. With one nay vote the commission approved the project and will recommend that Upland city Console approve the 60 unit apartment project.
